Description
The installation on a mobile cart is designed for pumping wines, juices, wort, yeast precipitates and other liquid media.
The installation is designed taking into account the least impact on the product being pumped. The design parameters of the flow part are optimized in order to obtain the most uniform flow, greater height of self-suction, reduction of the “neutral” space, and, therefore, a sharp reduction in the oxidation of the pumped product, as well as the loss of its aromaticity. To obtain such results, it was possible to use a crankless pump drive of the original design instead of a traditional crank-crank drive.
The valve box, made of bronze, is equipped with insert seats made of stainless steel, which have a specially profiled surface, which made it possible to practically prevent wear of the valves.
The valve box has a bypass line, which allows you to clean the box in case of clogging and reduce the pump supply.
The pump cylinder is made of stainless steel, which practically eliminates its wear when pumping abrasive media, including contain bentonite, diatomite, etc.
The free space between the pump housing and the drive housing allows you to quickly and efficiently replace the stuffing box.
In the gearbox of the drive, plastic lubricant is used instead of liquid, which eliminates oil leakage and contamination of the room. The reducer along the rod is sealed with a special cuff that prevents the pumped product from entering the reducer housing.
The front rotary trolley of the installation is equipped with a brake device that turns on and off automatically depending on the position of the handle by which the installation is moved
