This “conveyor” type production line is designed for the production of foam concrete blocks. The estimated productivity of the line is up to 30 m³ per working shift.

The cutting technology of production allows to produce blocks with many standard sizes and with a high degree of accuracy. The unit for facing the upper and lower part of the array is designed to be able to cut and “face” the blocks from all sides. 

The high level of mechanization of production processes makes it possible to significantly reduce manual labor and obtain significant savings in wages. Also, the conveyor method of production allows to obtain twice the turnover of molds per day, which in turn causes high productivity with low metal capacity.
