Equipment for industrial winemaking

Winemaking is a large and one of the most economically important branches of the processing industry. This includes various types of production processes. For example, primary proceedings. It refers to the processing of raw materials (directly from grapes, other fruits and berries), winemaking, processing of secondary raw materials, production of wort, concentrates.

Secondary winemaking is a stage in which further processing of wines, packaging and release of finished products takes place. The third stage is the preparation of sparkling wines, cognac, as well as various types of non-alcoholic products.

Each production department of the winemaking enterprise is equipped with its own technological and machine-hardware line. Most of the equipped devices are suitable and used in all production departments.

Classification of winemaking units and devices

Any technological equipment, including winemaking equipment, can be classified according to several features: the type of processes carried out, the nature of the impact on the product to be processed, the structure of the work cycle, the principles of combination in production flows, etc. All winemaking industrial devices and units are conventionally divided into six large groups according to their intended purpose:

for processing primary raw materials (grapes, berries, fruits);
for production, storage, transportation of finished wines;
for thermophysical processing of winemaking products;
for packaging, preparation of containers, packaging of wines;
for the processing of secondary winemaking raw materials;
for intra-factory transportation, mechanization of loading and unloading, transport and storage works.

There is also an internal specialized classification of functional loads of technological structures: universal equipment and specialized. The first type includes units designed to perform a number of operations of one or more technological processes (filters, tanks, and others). To the second - perform only one operation in the process (drainers, labeling machines, others).

Warehouse of industrial equipment for winemaking

In order to ensure maximum benefit, production profit, without reducing the quality of the final product, it is important to purchase exclusively high-quality equipment. The Techno-T company is a private manufacturer and supplier of modern technological equipment for the production of wine on an industrial scale.

Any type of winemaking equipment is offered here, which can be purchased as a complete complex, to equip an entire production line, or as individual devices for specific production processes.

For the initial production stage (preparation and primary processing of grapes), so-called receiving bunkers will be needed. They are made of stainless steel, ensure long-term preservation of raw materials. Offered by the manufacturer in various volumes.

The second stage (crushing and pressing) involves the use of roller crushers with comb separators, drainers, mezgona pumps, presses. Here it is important to choose the appropriate type of mezgona pump. They are produced in three varieties: piston, impeller, centrifugal. In addition, in order to maintain the required consistency of the pulp obtained after grape processing, special grape stirrers are needed when feeding it to the press.

The next stage is squeezing the juice. It is carried out using membrane (pneumatic) or screw presses. And to load the juice, tanks are needed, where the processes of fermentation and insistence will take place.

Next, filtering equipment is used (for the filtering stage, which allows you to avoid wine stone, mechanical suspensions, yeast precipitates, various microorganisms from getting into the final product): different types of filter presses (frame, plate).

At the end, equipment is used for sterile bottling of the obtained wine. It allows you to abandon the heat treatment of the drink before bottling, thus keeping its taste and aroma as full as possible.

Advantages of special equipment

By purchasing and implementing high-quality technological winemaking equipment, the producer receives a number of advantages: wine of exceptional quality, reduced labor costs (all processes are performed automatically, requiring only human control), increased productivity (possibility of processing large volumes of raw materials), respectively, increased profit.

By using high-quality technological modern equipment in your production, you can get a final product that will please the most demanding and demanding consumers. Thus, the expansion of the client base is also included in the list of advantages of purchasing and introducing an automated complex into production.
