This leads to an increase in the dosage of bentonite during the processing of wort and wine materials, since a large fraction of the bentonite suspension quickly settles without interacting with the components of the environment.

The equipment is intended for preparation of bentonite suspension in a cold way: within 3 minutes without the use of steam. The installation allows you to significantly reduce energy costs and improve the quality of bentonite suspension. The parameters of the obtained suspension allow the use of dosing pumps.
