The company “Techno-T” manufactures and offers a line of equipment for dehydration and drying of eggshells.

The complex will provide accumulation, transportation, dehydration, drying, transportation of dry products, their grinding and packaging. Other raw materials can be processed: feed, fertilizers, other similar materials.

The drying method is based on direct contact of processed raw materials with a high-temperature coolant.

This complex is designed for the input of up to 2500 kg/hour of raw eggshell and the production of a finished dry product with a moisture content of 10-14%.

Technology of dehydration and drying:

The raw material is fed to the separator, which divides it into two fractions: liquid and solid. The liquid fraction is diverted to the container, and the solid conveyor is transferred to the hopper of the drying unit.

In the bunker, raw materials are accumulated for metered and continuous selection by a conveyor.

From the hopper, the conveyor delivers the raw material to the drying chamber, where the material is dried to the required humidity with simultaneous grinding to the required dispersion, and the flow of the spent coolant is carried by the fan into the solid and gaseous mass separation system through a cyclone system with a flour cooler, a sluice gate and a gate.

The drying chamber consists of a removable housing, inside which breakers are installed on the shaft.

The coolant is heated by burning natural gas.
