Electric pump units VNTS-10/20, VNTS-20/20, VNTS-40/20 are designed for pumping food liquids (water, juices, wines, etc.), as well as for operation in hydrotechnical structures and communications.

Installations VNTS 10/20.01, VNTS-20/20.01, VNTS-40/20.01 are manufactured in an explosion-proof design and are intended for pumping alcohol and other flammable liquids.

Electric pump installations consist of the following main parts:

– mobile cart;

– cantilever monobloc centrifugal electric pump;

– electrical equipment.

The electric pump consists of an impeller, a suction nozzle, a self-priming tank, and fastening sealing parts. The working wheel, made of bronze, is fixed on the shaft of the electric motor and is placed in the housing, which is connected to the flange of the electric motor with the help of bolts. The impeller shaft sealing unit consists of a movable ring with a clip and a spring. The suction nozzle is located inside the welded tank, which is bolted to the lid. To drain the liquid from the tank, there is a hole closed with a cork.
