Description
Centrifugal crusher-comb separator for grapes CDG-20 is designed for crushing grapes with simultaneous separation from the combs. The crusher is used at wineries and juice factories, to complete grape processing flow lines with a capacity of up to 20 t/h.
CDG-20 is a unit consisting of the following parts: a body, a cover with a drive, a blade shaft, a hopper, a comb removal tray.
The machine works as follows: the grapes entering the hopper are struck by the whips of the paddle shaft, the berries are separated from the combs and, together with the combs, are thrown onto the perforated surface of the cylinder, rubbed on it by the comb-removing blades and fall through the holes, entering the muscle. The combs are carried out by the comb removal blades into the upper part of the machine and through the tray fall onto the conveyor belt.
During the operation of the machine, the following technological operations are performed:
– separation of grape berries from ridges;
– crushing grapes and obtaining grape pulp;
– ejection of combs from the machine.
When using CDH-20, the consumption of wort is minimized, the enrichment of wort with substances that give it a grassy taste is excluded.
