Description
The A2-HDSH machine is designed for separation of dough from rye and a mixture of rye and wheat flour with a moisture content of up to 52% on a workpiece weighing from 0.5 to 1.4 kg.
Principle of operation
The dough enters the hopper of the machine, and from there by gravity into the body of the supercharger block. The dough, pumped by the auger, fills the pockets of the continuously rotating distribution drum. Since the pockets are formed alternately on both sides of one piston channel, inside which the piston moves under the pressure of the test, the filling of one pocket occurs simultaneously with the pushing out of the measured dose of the test of the opposite pocket. This dose is cut off by the wall of the case and enters the diverting conveyor of the technological line of this enterprise. After dispensing the given number of blanks, the machine turns off
