Description

The device is designed to create a finely dispersed fraction of water when spraying the outer surface of fresh bread at its exit from the baking chamber.

The device is used in the bakery industry at bakeries when baking bakery products in tunnel ovens.

The device consists of (see figure):

  1. Electropump dosing plunger unit.
  2. Distribution comb
  3. Nozzle
  4. The sleeve is rubber
  5. Barbell
  6. Clamp
  7. Constant level water tank
  8. Support rack
  9. Safety valve
  10. The control cabinet is not shown. The principle of operation. Tap water is fed into the tank through the valve. The electric pump unit pumps water from the tank through the fitting into the distribution comb, where, passing through the insert and sprayer, the water flow is transformed into a finely dispersed torch that moistens the surface of freshly baked bread.
