The proposed installation has the following advantages:

According to theoretical calculations, the yield of dry fodder flour from one ton of bard will be -34 kg.

(SBM separator, PB press, RDS-18 dryer) processes 60 tons of bard per day;

(SBM separator, PB press, RDS-40 dryer) processes 120 tons of bard per day;

(SBM separator, PB-2 press, RTS-75 dryer) processes 240 tons of bard per day;

(separator SBM-2 pcs., press PB-2 pcs., dryer RTS-75+RDS40) processes 360 tons of bard per day

(separator SBM-2 pcs., PS PB – 2 pcs., dryer RTS-200) processes 500 tons of bard per day

This technological equipment provides high quality dry bard (DDGS) with a low level of energy consumption and low cost of the equipment. The production and supply of equipment for the processing of bard and crushed stone takes place according to the requirements of the Customers.

Product quality after processing:

Humidity – 8-10%

The protein content is more than 25% of the s.v.

The content of carbohydrates is more than 25% of the s.v.

The ash content is less than 10% of s.v.

Cellulose content is less than 10% of total weight.

The completeness of the line depends on the amount of raw materials per day.

According to a separate contract, we will carry out commissioning and chief assembly work on bringing the post-alcohol and beer raw materials processing line to the technological mode.
