The drying complex for peat SK-1.4 00.00.000 is intended for drying peat crumb with a moisture content of up to 50% to a moisture content of 18% with the collection of humic and humic acids (in the form of a 0.5% aqueous solution), isolated from those formed during drying.

Principle of operation

The raw material in the form of peat crumb with a moisture content of up to 50% is loaded into the storage hopper with a moving bottom SPD-1 00.000. From the warehouse, the peat is fed to the TKL-9.00.00.000 bucket belt conveyor and further through the BsSHE-1 04.000 auger to the SK-1.4 01.00.000 loading gas pipe. The volume of peat supply is regulated by the throttle of the oil station with a moving bottom. The BsSHE-1 04.000 auger prevents gases from escaping from the gas pipeline. In the SK-1.4 01.00.000 loading gas pipeline, peat is mixed with gases formed during fuel combustion (for example, shavings), in the GG-1.4 20.000 solid fuel burner. The temperature of the gases can reach 1000% 119C (controlled by the thermoelectric converter ARIES 1000% 119C installed at the burner outlet).

The temperature of gases is regulated:

– fuel supply by fuel hopper ГГ-2.1 10,000 (pulse regulation);

– air supply to the burner by a PC 14-46-2.5 fan with a frequency converter;

– smoke detector DN-8, 15 kW with a frequency converter.

In the SI-1,4-1 00,000 spark arrestor mixer, gases are cleaned of unburned fuel, mixed with atmospheric air entering through the dampers, and sent to the loading pipeline. The mixture of hot gases and raw materials enters the DSU.02.00.000 chamber, where peat is crushed and dried. In the lower part of the smoke pipe, passing gases are watered and thus acids are released from them. Aqueous solution of acids (concentration up to 0.5%) goes to the sump.
